I like this a lot and would mirror the other comments, the only element that bothers me is the grass across her forehead near teh left eye as you look at it.

Craig, I take on board what you are saying about the grass.........I have already did some cloning of grass but I must say that cloning is not one of my processing strong points. I do have another shot which I thought was better in some aspects but it would have been more cloning.

A lot of times, a portrait is made better by an taking in an appropriate setting, The tall grass here really helps to set a rustic. outdoorsy mood for the cowgirl.
