Hey everyone, just letting you know that you can get a free version of Backup4All Lite (worth 19.95) at
http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/backup4all-lite/
(you will need to download and install it within the 24 hour period, otherwise the free offer lapses)

I was looking for some backup software a while back, and this was one that I was seriously considering... it has one nice feature I was looking for, which is Volume Shadow Copy, which allows you to backup open files. (if you've ever tried to backup your Outlook data file when you had it open, you'll know what I mean).

Incidentally, what backup software does everyone use? I bought a Maxtor Shared storage drive a while back, and have been using the automatic backup utility which comes with it. It's simple, hardly tells you any information (which can be a little frustrating), but it works.
Hm... actually I just did some net searching, and I found a link for free registration right on their site! Big Grin

It gives you free registration for Backup4all 3.1 Lite Edition, so don't worry about the 24 hour activation thingy from the giveawayoftheday site.
