From the Christmas market.

These are "Valley Lemons" from just this side of the border with Mexico.
An interesting cross-breed of limes and either lemons or oranges depending on who you ask, they taste incredibly sweet, not sour.
We have a tiny immature tree in our yard, but these came from a big one across town at my girlfriend's parent's house.

I needed this photo for a print to give as a Christmas gift and just spent the last three hours working on it. We've had the lemons for a week but I had to wait for them to fully ripen--I was afraid they wouldn't turn fully yellow in time.

The only seamless white paper I had that was big enough for the background is the reverse side of a 36"x48" poster print of one of my pictures.
I hope it didn't get damaged.

The person who's getting this print has done their kitchen in a lemon theme--yellow fruit is everywhere.
This picture was designed to fit into a specific wall space, and should work well there.
I just got the print made and it looks very nice.
She loved it.
"Perfect!! Love it! Thank you so much, this is awesome!" is a direct quote.

Nobody here likes it?
Congratulations Keith! I know what a great feeling it is to have someone want to display one of your photos in their home. It is a very nice shot. I like the composition and the contrast of the bold yellow and green. Well done.
Congratulations Keith!
To fulfill the expectations of someone's wishes makes one feel great... Smile
Keith, the combination of yellow and green is very nice. The composition of diagonals and the overall triangle is well done. The whole thing is near flawless. (there's a hot spot on the frontmost lemon that could use a little cloning...) Excellent work.
