He's a praying mantis who's been living on/around my desk for the last few days. I named him Eric. (i'm assuming he's a he, btw).
I think he likes me, cause I let him outside, and he came back.

I'd love to have one of those. Your picture is great! Very nice detail and the color is beautiful. The blue background matches nicely with the color of your pet...

Sad to say but Eric has passed away. I found him this morning dead on my windowsill.
