Took a few quick snaps of the supper i made for the wife and me.

Rösti and gorgonzola filled minute steaks.

And some spinach salad with feta cheese and avocado.

It was really tastey, wife wasnt to happy when i said i had to take some snapshots before she could dig in... :-)

(Yes im the one doing all the cooking, when im home that is lol) Tongue

I have to say, your wife is a very lucky one!!

I'll second Uli's opinion.

I really like the second and third, but I'm not a big fan of short DOF when the focal point isn't the nearest item in the central frame. It's just a personal quibble.
I'm coming over to your place for dinner Tongue
Very beautiful pictures Paul... but I have a question here...

How do you get the rösti so well shaped? That is a touch of perfection... Wink
They look beautiful and so yummy... very crispy. I can see!!

Well Irma, you always have to drag the truth out of me dont you ?Big Grin

Those are actually bought frozen.... Tongue (ashamed) all i did was tossing them in the owen for 10 minutes. But the rest was all me...Big Grin

Thanx for taking the time to comment/look.
I didn't know there were frozen ones...!! I'll look for them.

I used to prepare something similar for G to company a special meal. I think it is duck or deer... I don't remember right now, and mine got some funny shapes.... I thought you had made them with a cooky form...

Don't feel ashamed, at the contrary... Thanks for the advice... Wink
I think you must be a great chef. Did you make those delicious looking tomatoes all by yourself. Big Grin
I think you have some very natural colours there. I mean the meat looks like meat, and not the front of a supermarket packet. A flower can be many different shades but cooked meat, no. Smile
Looks very delicious, your dish! I like all three pictures... Hehe, the Rösti - you even gave a link to the recipe! Big Grin
You are making me hungry Smile
