I realised I haven't been posting anything for a while... Lately I guess I have been busy preparing my Chinese exam and staying alive under increasingly exciting conditions.

nevertheless, I do get out there sometimes to do some shooting.
A while ago I visited a flower market, where besides flowers lots of pets (mainly fish and birds) are sold,
and lots of small items to decorate gardens and aquariums.

I love the little figurines made from clay, I go for the smallest ones (they are about the size of a finger tip alltogether)

and that day had taken the 100mm macro.

I really like #1... the lens draws beautifully.
I wonder if the terracotta warriors would have looked like #1 originally.
Very crisp.
NT, I think they are a very different material. this is regular clay,
the stuff the "Bing Ma Yong" are made from takes that grey tone over time.

Mat, I love the lense, and together with the 5D it produces an even greater bookeh.
