#2 excellent; the colours are just about complementary, which really gives a sense of "completeness"; the composition and textures make a very successful image, I reckon.
I'm guessing this is uncropped? I don't know if it's me...but is the R side a little soft compared to the rest? No big deal really...great shot my man.

I'm liking both but #1 is very interesting for me. It reminds me of high altitude photos or photos from space. I like photos that challenge the perceptions.
