How large is this bird? Do you have it next to anything we can compare it to?
It looks like some sort of Chicken.
Is this a native-bird?
The bird is approximately as large as a turkey. Latin name is "tetrao urogallus".
It was locked in, with limited possibilities to shoot it. I got no other angle than this one, with this shot being the only sharp one because the crazy bird kept running around in it's cage.
