old camera body with a new sensor, I want, just for the size, what do you tinhk aobut it for point and shoot cameas?

Novelty value only IMO. IT looks very cool, but...

32 MB only.
No zoom.
JPEG only.
Interpolation to 4 Mpx.

Save your money and buy a real compact digicam.
