I like hyperlapse videos, I think they're the most stunning piece of photography in... video. Big Grin

Basically, they're the same as a video, but each individual frame is recorded as a photograph, and stitched together in post-processing. It involves lots of work, but it is really worth it.

Can we call it time lapse photography as it always has been called?

Time lapse it is, then.

In my mind, I call it time lapse when the camera is stationary and you watch everything zoom by, and hyper lapse when the camera is zooming past everything. Smile

OK, I get the difference...your talking about animating the camera. I didn't know it had a separate term...I loved doing pixelations which involve animating live and inanimate objects. haven't done any in thirty years or more. I have a student project in facebook.
