Just read in this months copy of NPhoto that there is new software available for Mac users. Not free but reasonable cost. ( £26.60, $39.99 )
Advanced tone - mapping algorithms, dozens of instant presets, extensive adjustment options.
Photoshop plug-in or standalone package ( native RAW file support )
