Thanks for sharing, there's something about moon shots that facinate me.
Heres a different perspective of the moon from my backyard shortly after sunset last night. (South Australia)
Taken with Pentax DS, 100-300mm Sigma Lens with Vivitar 2x converter. This image cropped to about 75% and given a little too much PP in an attempt to show detail...

Smarti. Is that the way the moon comes out to you. That way up I mean as I attempted some tonight and they are upside down to yours. I suppose they would be in oz, bu tI never thought much about it.
It is too cold to sit outside with the tripod so this is hand held. I think I need more of the moon to get a focus point.

I have not rotated my image. As to whose image is upside down is debatable...
