I really like the second shot overall and love that you let the background blur out. With that said, maybe a tighter crop or if you'd have put her in front of a darker background might have been nice....

Funny shot, with hair like that how can it be bad! The fisheye isn't a "typical" portrait lens for the obvious reasons but with that said it's cool for some variety in an environmental portrait!
