the main attraction I see is the higher ISO performance over the D399. However, I looked at the high ISO images and found them at most 1 f-stop better than what I get with d300. Basucakktm I think I could shoot at ISO 1500 and with some tweeking get acceptable images, With D300m my limit is ISO 800.
