If you go back to the same site that down-loaded Gimp http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html there is gimp help down load You can down load and install the same way.It will give you the choice of what language you want to use when you go to install.Then go into Gimp under preferances click gimp browser.It's nice to have the help files right there.It took me awhile to figure it out.
