You should still flush the DNS cache.
With Window 10, right click on the Windows icon, and from the list of options choose-command prompt (about half way down).
A black small window will open.
Just start typing-ipconfig/flushdns
The response should be- "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache".
Then just close the window and close and open your browser.
