Just did a shoot today and noticed several specks of "dust" on all my photos. They always appeared in the same spot. I'm concerned that I have a dirty sensor (I change the lens once every couple years), but doesn't a dirty sensor give gray/black dust? I have colored dots, but when I convert the RAW to a jpeg, the dust turns gray. (To preserve the colors, I did a screen grab of the raw image). Or perhaps they're defective pixels. How did that happen?
Any detectives here? I'm afraid to open the camera and blow/wipe anything in there.
