I kinda like this one - I think the subject is interesting. Any suggestions on how to improve this photo?

The colors are a little subdued, could use warming up a little. I'd also be tempted to crop down to the top of the slope.... oh, and get him to switch to Windoze.

My attempt, emphasizing the title. Also I think having a bit of the fence on top helps keep the eye from wandering off the page.
