This is not me, I was half way down the cliff and stopped to take the shot. This may be a fraction big but I wanted to try a gif format to see if I can get a transparent background after I broke PS and it will not let me use the paint pot tool.

A tad dark. Can you explain "broke PS" ? You should be able to save a giff with a transparent background. You need to go to "save for web"
