Landscape B&W
#1

Inspired by Zig BW landscapes....
I know my landscascape is not a wonderful one, but sometimes you just have to make it with what you have.... so... I looked for something kind of interesting to work a composition with the shadows to make this as a practice.
Any comment or critique is very welcome.... Smile

Its the formation of the fine branches that draws my attention. The shadows are great too - I would be tempted to crop the bottom so that the shadows converge at the bottom corner.

I like the shadows but they all take you away from the tree. Or maybe take you to it but at the bottom.
And the trunk is a bit dark for me. Its a nice image though.Big Grin

Thanks for your comment, Shane, NT.

Shane, great that you commented about the crop, because I also thought about that possibility... Smile
