a few more from last Sunday at the park. the wood ducks have been a bit scarce of late, at least the males, but there were at least half a dozen there on Sunday, and several were obliging enough to come within range of my 400... with the noonday sun only about 30 degrees above the horizon, the light even at midday is pretty nice, and really shows off the colors on these little fellas nicely... 40D, 400mm, 1/1000 @ f/6.3
